"Ma***a" siūlo knygą štai šitą pirkti mačiau... https://www.level.lt/lt/knygos/geriausi ... r-groziui/ . turiu ją ir receptų tikrai daug, bet net keista, kai krūvą knygų apie pirtį pamatai prekybcentryje vadinamam pirties stende... Kartu ir smagu tik nežinia, kiek tie receptai geri...

keista.... juk "saunos" (tos kurios taip vadinasi dėl sauso oro) ir sveikata - aplamai NESUDERIMAMI dalykai.
taip pat , mano manymu, yra KLAIDINGAS teiginys dėl GYDYMO pirtyje.
visų pirma- GYDYMAS - tai "kova" su jau įvykusia pasekme, tuo tarpu pirties procesas pašalina PRIEŽASTĮ atsirasti problemai.

manau - tai eilinis komercinis produktas skirtas paainiojant sampratas "pratęsti" taip vadinamų "saunų" propagandą.

šiaip jau - jei norite tikrai gerų knygų apie pirtį- ieškokite prof. CHOŠEVO veikalų - tai pilnas ir sisteminis požiūris į pirtį.
